Lift, contour and refresh the face with natural looking results
Ageing can show as volume loss, skin laxity and deeper shadows. By placing HA fillers strategically in the cheeks, mid-face, chin and jawline, we restore supportive structure, soften folds and refine profile, enhancing overall balance while keeping your features authentically “you”. Results are immediate, with minimal downtime.
At TE Clinic South London (Traitements Esthetiques), our non-surgical facelift, sometimes called a “liquid facelift”, uses advanced hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers to lift, contour and refresh the face with natural-looking results. As a leading aesthetics clinic in Crystal Palace, we welcome clients from all over South London and beyond, including Dulwich, Bromley, Croydon, Norwood, Chislehurst, Beckenham and surrounding areas.

- Symmetry checked at rest and in expression; photos may support planning and review.
- An optional review ensures you’re delighted; tiny tweaks can be made if needed.
Aftercare- Expect light swelling/tenderness/bruising for 24–72 hours.
- Apply cool compresses intermittently on day one.
- Avoid makeup on treated areas for 24 hours; keep skin clean.
- Skip alcohol, strenuous exercise and heat (sauna/steam) for 24–48 hours.
- Do not massage unless advised; sleep slightly elevated the first night.
- Postpone facials and dental work for ~2 weeks.
- Contact the clinic urgently if you experience increasing pain, blanching, mottling or any symptoms that worry you.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the potential side effects?
As multiple areas are treated in a single session, swelling and tenderness can be more widespread than a single-area treatment — this is normal and usually resolves within 3–5 days. Bruising is possible, particularly around the mid-face and jaw. Temporary asymmetry as swelling settles unevenly is common in the first week. We treat multiple vascular zones in one visit, so we take additional care with mapping and technique. Hyaluronidase is held on-site for any emergency dissolving.
How long do non-surgical facelift results last?
Results vary by area treated — cheeks and mid-face typically last 12–18 months, chin and jaw 9–18 months. Many clients book an annual refresh session to maintain the overall result consistently. Longevity depends on the products used, your metabolism, and lifestyle factors.
Am I too young or too old for a non-surgical facelift?
There is no strict age limit. Clients in their 30s often use a liquid facelift to address early volume loss and as a preventative measure, while those in their 50s and beyond typically use it for more structural restoration. Suitability is always assessed in consultation — if significant skin laxity means a surgical option would serve you better, we will tell you honestly.
